Processing Time:

• Regular seasons: 5–7 business days.
• Holiday seasons: May require additional time.

Shipping Time Estimates:

• United States: 5–10 business days
• Canada & Europe: 8–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 8–12 business days
• Other Locations: 2–4 weeks

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking information within 10 business days, please contact us.

Return Policy

As all our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.

• Custom-Made Products:

  Please note that our items are customized based on market demand and are not pre-stocked. The actual product may differ slightly from the advertised images (up to 20%) due to factors such as lighting during photoshoots or monitor display settings.

• Eligible Returns:

  We accept returns only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

  • The item arrived damaged due to an error on our end.

• Proof of Purchase:

  Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our support team at contact@gallade.store for assistance.

If approved, replacement items will be provided at no additional cost. Please allow 4–6 weeks for the replacement process.
